I've also had to replace one.  It had a lot of problems acquiring sats.  I believe the problem is that the TCXO on the board has drifted out of range.  I seem to remember seeing a post somewhere about that and there is supposed to be a fix.  Also, isn't the receiver a UT+ 8 channel unit?  Or was that the 53xxx?
