The Fluke 720A KVD manual says to clean a "contaminated" unit (<10E12 leakage resistance) use isopropyl alcohol (via a sprayer pressurized by a can). Never use compressed air for cleaning anything critical unless you REALLY know what you are doing.  Virtually all compressed air systems spew huge amounts of contaminates.  ----------------------------------------
