I recently picked up an Oscilloquartz OSA-4530 low noise GPSDO.    Does anybody have any info or manuals on this device?  It has an RS-232 interface, but so far I have been unable to get a response from it.  I was hoping it would be compatible with the Star-4 interface... but no joy there.
