Hi, I opened a case with NXP to find application note "9397 750 00078" about these chips. They sent me it together with some spreadsheets and a design program. The spreadheets were for Lotus123 and the program for DOS :D I converted them to xlsx and made a VM running FreeDOS with the design program.
