I found a scan of the user manual and service manual at ko4bb.com (thanks
Didier for hosting it), though I could wish the service manual were a better
scan.
Does anyone know the whereabouts of a better scan of the service manual and
also whether there's a Calibration Manual as well?
Thank you
Dave
You are welcome :)
If you find a better copy, feel free to send it my way.

It looks like the crucial information I'm after is probably in the missing pages from the scan of the Service Manual which is missing pages 1 through 15 of Chapter 5 :(

Thanks to Jos Raven, I now have a complete (and better quality) scan of the service manual which he's happy for me to upload.
I'll upload it very shortly.
