Yes I was looking forward to seeing his "Tria" drop in Oncore replacement but it looks like he moved on to other projects.

Have not heard from Dan in a while.
I did test various arduinos with his software and it all worked just fine.
The system stability really depended on the quality of the GPS pps used.
