Mine showed 01:00:60 but it is configured to Madrid LT, so it means
00:00:60 UTC also. My receiver is a Trimble NTGS50AA, close cousin of a
Tbolt.

My tbolts/LH also showed 00:00:60. The sequence was:
23:59:59
