I just now uploaded the Fluke 720A Instruction Manual (including Self cal
procedure) to Didier's site at:

http://www.ko4bb.com/cgi-bin/manuals.pl

I can't remember how long it takes before uploaded manuals to Didier's site
become available. Maybe a day or two?

But you can always download a manual that was just uploaded by using the ftp method (see my upload page)

Anyhow, the Fluke 720 manual has been moved.
